By downloading, installing, or using the TalkTo.Me application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TalkTo.Me allows you to create personalized AI avatars from photos and voice samples, and have real-time spoken conversations with them. The App is provided by Sorato Inc.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and voice recordings you provide. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of creating and delivering your avatars. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' rights or privacy
• Use the App to create avatars of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's operation
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

AI-Generated Content

Avatar conversations are powered by artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected responses. AI-generated content does not represent the views of Sorato Inc. Do not rely on avatar conversations for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Guest Limitations

Users who have not signed in may be subject to usage limitations, including limits on avatar creation and conversation duration.

Service Provided "As Is"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorato Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
